Community Meeting Room for Hire
The meeting room at 120 Pole Barn Lane can be hired for small meetings at £25 per session. The room is 14’ 9” x 7’ 10” (4.5m x 2.4m = 10.8sq.m). There is disabled access, plus a disabled toilet with baby changing facilities.
Facilities: Wi-Fi, projector, screen and a portable hearing loop are available, plus a kitchenette with kettle and fridge. There are also twenty chairs and two tables (4 ft x 2 ft); included in the cost of the hire.
Booking sessions are available
April - October on Sundays, Mondays, & Wednesdays: 9am to 12 noon, 12 noon to 3pm and 3pm to 6pm or by arrangement.
November - March on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays & the weekend: 9am to 12 noon, 12 noon to 3pm and 3pm to 6pm or by arrangement.
Cottage Gardens For Hire
If you have a special event in the coming year, how about holding it in the Trust’s award-winning gardens at Crossing Cottage, Station Approach. The hire charge is a mere £30 per session to individuals and organisations. A member of the Trust will be present.
Facilities include: use of the kitchen, crockery, tea-tables and chairs.
Gazebos and large tables are available for hire at a small extra charge.
Sessions: 9am to 1pm, 1pm to 5pm or by arrangement.
